Credits & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, please contact our team at info@feelsunnie.com within 12-24 hours following its delivery. We will do our best to try and correct the problem. Depending on the complaint, and within the sole discretion of Sunnie, we will provide a full or partial credit or refund of the purchase price for that product delivery. Sunnie may require either that you send photos or other forms of documentation before we process a credit or refund. We reserve the right to address any complaints or disputes in our discretion.
